Position Overview: Project Director (Interior Design)The Project Director (Interior Design) plays a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of projects for our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the comprehensive organization, administration, and execution of projects;
- Engaging with clients and facilitating effective communication among project team members;
- Developing and managing project timelines and financial plans;
- Participating in stakeholder meetings to align resources, establish project criteria, and disseminate information;
- Coordinating and compiling project deliverables efficiently;
- Collaborating with the Chief Project Officer to evaluate processes and implement enhancements;
- Working closely with the entire team to ensure the successful delivery of projects across various sectors including cultural, defense, heritage, justice, workplace, and tenant improvements throughout Canada.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a seasoned project manager or interior designer with over 7 years of relevant project management experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
