Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our capital projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple capital projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and quality control measures
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a management capacity, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Direct experience in healthcare capital project management, including experience with public sector funding and accountability structures
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or project management
  • Current licensing with a relevant professional association, such as PMP or LEED AP
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
