Dessert Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at D Spot Dessert Cafe Delta. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, including supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all necessary reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that all necessary orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
