D Spot Dessert Cafe Delta is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe. Your duties will include establishing efficient work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, and training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish efficient work schedules
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Ensure quality control standards are met

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Ability to work 40 hours per week
* English language proficiency

**Work Environment:**

* Permanent position
* 40 hours per week
* English language
