Job Summary
The Regional Office Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to internal and external clients of IG Wealth Management. As the first point of contact, this individual is responsible for greeting clients, managing incoming calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service, including welcoming clients, managing calls, and maintaining a professional reception area
- Support the Consultant network with policies, procedures, and resources, including training and onboarding
- Manage mail and courier receipt, preparation, and distribution, as well as meeting room arrangements and office equipment maintenance
- Offer direction and support to the Consultant network and their teams on policies, procedures, and available resources
- Onboard new members to the office, assist with system training, and provide general inquiries support
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset
- Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork
- Discretion and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong Business/Technical skills, including proficiency in PC capabilities and Microsoft Office 365
- Agile learning and desire for continuous improvement and development are assets
- Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset
