Job Title: Associate Director, Account Management

At Deciem Beauty Group, we're looking for a highly skilled Associate Director, Account Management to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM email journey programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM email journey programs to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities, collaborating with technical teams and agencies on requirements and ROI.
  • Develop, QA, and deploy all marketing email assets to support all activations, including campaigns, always-on, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM/email platform management.
  • Proven experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar technologies like Responsys and Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of international data compliance laws (CASL, GDPR, etc.).
  • HTML, CSS, and basic SQL skills are a must.
  • Experience working in eCommerce, beauty industry, and/or with loyalty programs is an asset.
