- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, promoting healthy habits and a positive patient experience.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring our patients receive timely and efficient care.
- Record Keeping: Record dental procedures performed on patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services, handling financial transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
- Certification: Certification by the National Dental Assisting Examining Board is required.
