Job Opportunity: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will inspire and guide your team to provide outstanding customer experiences. You will foster a respectful team culture and manage team members through effective communication and empathy. Your expertise and strategic vision will assist the Restaurant Owner in successfully operating the business.
In this role, you will excel at recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse workforce to uphold Tim Hortons' high operational standards. Your commitment to excellence will enable you to effectively plan and implement strategies for increasing sales and managing costs. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and look forward to coming to work each day.
Your background of 3-5 years in quick service operations in a leadership capacity, combined with your practical experience in team recruitment, training, and development, positions you as an ideal candidate for this role.
