About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our food services function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding promptly to questions and concerns, and directing issues to further levels of management as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food items and assume responsibilities for any job task associated with an assigned service station, adhering to all required health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, kitchen, and dining area, and clean dishes and cutlery manually or with the dishwasher.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, and communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Foodservice Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a food service role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing a positive experience for internal and external clients.
