Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our Chef Manager to plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with Dana Hospitality's food safety protocols and standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage and record inventory on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that we are operating within budgeted guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our kitchen staff, including training and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as culinary arts or hospitality management.
