Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our consultants. This includes assessing learning needs, creating engaging content, and facilitating instructor-led training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable learning programs on core consulting, sales, leadership, and management topics
- Continuously assess and evolve existing programs to ensure alignment with business strategy
- Proactively resolve project and design issues
- Provide exceptional program management support
- Foster a culture of blended learning using the LMS, video, and learning libraries
- Measure training effectiveness and produce analytics to inform program evolution
- Manage external vendor relationships
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions on soft skills and other topics
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a Learning and Development role, with a proven track record of success in training design, development, delivery, and facilitation
- Deep program management experience, with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work in ambiguity
- High attention to detail and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with knowledge of virtual learning tools a plus
