The Learning and Development (L&D) team at Capco partners closely with the executive leadership team, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs and design, develop, and deliver relevant training programs for our consultants.

About the Job:

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of several core training programs. You will engage with key stakeholders to update and work on L&D initiatives aligned to business strategy. You will also engage with the global learning team to utilize best practices and ensure alignment to our culture, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning on core consulting, sales, leadership, and management programs in both face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • Continually assess, review, and evolve existing programs, aligning and adapting to business strategy.
  • Proactively resolve project, design, or resource issues.
  • Provide outstanding program/project management support.
  • Foster an environment of blended learning using the Learning Management System (LMS), video, and learning libraries.
  • Foster an environment of social learning using lunch and learns, hack-a-thons, virtual interactive tooling, and other platforms.
  • Measure training effectiveness and produce analytics to inform program evolution.
  • Manage external vendor relationships.
  • Facilitate instructor-led, face-to-face, and virtual soft skill trainings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts across the business.
  • Present to and work with senior business leaders on learning programs, gathering their expertise and enabling them to be champions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of previous, demonstrable success in a Learning and Development role, with experience in training design, development, delivery, and facilitation.
  • Deep end-to-end program/project management experience.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, escalate, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several tasks/projects at the same time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work within ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of virtual learning tools is a plus, like Cornerstone LMS, Beekast, Slido, MURAL, MS Teams.
  • Client-focused, proactive with a strong mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
