Qualifications- Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to 7 months, or equivalent experience in childcare.
- Non-smoking and scent-free atmosphere.
- Work is conducted within the employer's residence.
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and feeding of infants and children.
- Implement discipline strategies as directed by parents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information for the children.
- Ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
- Prepare and serve balanced and nutritious meals.
- Assist in preparing children for rest periods.
- Supervise and engage with children in various activities.
- Must possess Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
- Public transportation options are accessible.
- Employer will cover travel expenses.
- Ability to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
- Comprehensive health care plan available.
- On-site housing options may be provided.
