Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Creative Advantage Childcare Inc. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational programs for children
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of childcare policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced childcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Early Childhood Education diploma or degree
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs and abilities
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • First aid and CPR certification
