Job Title: Early Childhood Educator - Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Creative Advantage Childcare Inc. as a Child Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist co-workers in maintaining a clean and safe environment for children
  • Provide high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development, including storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
