About the Role:

As a Continuous Improvement and Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our operations and promoting excellence. From leading efficiency initiatives to managing our Warehouse Management System, you will be at the forefront of innovation within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs across various departments.
  • Lead projects to enhance the performance of our logistics network, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
  • Manage our Warehouse Management System to ensure seamless inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Enhance operational procedures and documentation, promoting clarity and efficiency within the organization.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to streamline workflows and improve communication.
  • Stay informed about the latest logistics technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for implementation.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or a relevant degree.
  • A passion for automation and an analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
