Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement based on a Lean approach and support the achievement of organizational objectives;
  • Accompany teams in defining problems, analyzing data, identifying waste, optimizing processes, and implementing performance metrics to increase efficiency and deliver value;
  • Support the management team in understanding their processes to promote their use and measure performance;
  • Contribute to the organization, planning, and coordination of a service offer that promotes access, efficiency, human capital, and the quality of services provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement/process optimization with 2 years in the services sector;
  • Hold a Green Belt/Lean Six Sigma certification;
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Lean.

Contract Type: Contractual 15 months with strong possibilities of renewal.
