Hotel Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Lagana Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Problem-Solving and Quality ControlResolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Client ServiceAssist clients/guests with special needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.

Accurately complete tasks and maintain attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running smoothly.
Client FocusProvide excellent customer service and ensure that clients/guests are satisfied with their experience at the hotel.
