Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Lagana Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with hotel operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Efficient and organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of the hotel.
- Interpersonal awareness and ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Judgement and decision-making skills to resolve problems and make informed decisions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
