Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lagana Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
    • Perform tasks similar to those of supervised staff to stay up-to-date on hotel operations
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
    • Coordinate and assign work to staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
    • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented
    • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills
    • Dependable and organized
    • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
