We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge and competencies to work at full scope of practice as currently required by the BCCNM
