Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and address inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Manage, adjust, or cancel accommodation bookings.
  • Reach out to clients to offer additional services for their current reservations.
  • Classify incoming calls appropriately.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all services provided by our organization.
  • Route incoming calls to the relevant departments.
  • Carry out additional tasks related to reservations as needed.
