Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary role of the Banking Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional service to clients while managing the opening of products and services for both new and existing customers, without lending prerequisites. This involves engaging clients in meaningful conversations to explore opportunities for comprehensive financial solutions.
Daily Tasks- Provide outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint, executing strategies to enhance client interactions in alignment with Canadian Western Bank's brand promise. Aim to be the primary financial partner for each client.
- Proactively assess customer needs to identify opportunities that contribute to their financial well-being through referrals to Account Managers.
- Demonstrate precision and attention to detail while handling a high volume of transactions, inquiries, and interactions.
