Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich and Salad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Operations and Quality Control
    • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensure that all food service areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, training, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
