Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich and Salad.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Train and develop our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Hire and manage a team of food service staff to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver our high standards.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that we meet our quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
