Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich and Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food products meet our quality and safety standards, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory and Supplies: Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and maintain accurate records of our food service operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
