Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investigator to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our Enforcement department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into allegations of violations of the Universal Market Integrity Rules (UMIR) by dealer members and their registered personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations into allegations of UMIR violations, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the facts of each case.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Enforcement team members and senior leadership, to ensure effective and efficient investigation processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent future UMIR violations, working closely with dealer members and their registered personnel to promote compliance.
  • Prepare and present investigation findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise analysis of the evidence and potential consequences.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to UMIR and other relevant regulations, ensuring that investigations are conducted in accordance with the latest requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex evidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Proven experience in investigations or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
