Job Description
BMO is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in our future. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting a team of Senior Lifecycle Marketing Managers in executing comprehensive campaign strategies.
- Developing marketing briefs to enable our partner teams to produce exceptional marketing creative and communications for our customers.
- Being customer-focused and enthusiastic about testing the entire marketing journey to ensure a premier customer experience across all channels.
- Collaborating within a fully integrated Lifecycle Marketing team to design customer journeys, serving as a crucial support function in marketing.
- Exhibiting creativity, collaboration, and enterprise; demonstrating empathy towards customer needs; maintaining an insatiable curiosity; and showing a passion for the evolving landscape of retail banking and our mission.
- Focusing on results by establishing regular campaign reporting to assess marketing performance and inform program planning and optimization.
Accountability Breakdown:
- 10% Marketing Planning and Strategy
- 90% Initiative/Campaign Execution (including budget management and risk assessment)
- 0% People Leadership (Note: this role does not include direct reports at this time)
Qualifications:
- Experience in email channel marketing, CRM, and/or Early Tenure Management: 1 year (Required)
- Accountability for revenue and retention targets: 1 year (Required)
- Creative brief writing: 1 year (Required)
- Campaign management: 1 year (Required)
- Experience in Financial Services: 1 year (Desired)
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in Communications or Marketing (Desired)
