About the Role

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases for content-driven communications across the customer lifecycle and acquisition, demonstrating the value of content-based marketing to attract new customers and increase existing customers' loyalty.
  • Utilize existing internal BMO investing news and educational material to develop new digital content for BMO Investorline clients, with the aim of increasing engagement, use of tools, and each product.
  • Analyze results of content-based communications, reporting to the line of business and refining to continuously improve defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers to develop campaign strategy and obtain approval from key stakeholders.
  • Produce and submit campaign briefs for either internal Centre of Excellence (COE) or external agency partners.
  • Develop campaign data targeting matrices to identify client groups for targeting and post-campaign measurement.
  • Review, approve, and own campaign work back schedules, for both creative and data, sharing key milestones with stakeholders where necessary.
  • Ensure that creative/marketing content adheres to BMO standards and aligns to project objectives.
  • Lead Q/A and UAT prior to campaign deployment.
  • Manage the approval process from all stakeholders during campaign development through to Q/A from line of business, legal, compliance, and translation.
  • Provide reporting analysis on campaigns such as clicks, opens, assets acquired, etc.
  • Recommend campaign improvements to further optimize email and client engagement KPIs.

  • MS Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Banking/Financial Industry: 1 year (Desired)
