Position Overview
BMO is currently seeking a Financial Investigator for a contract role.
This team plays a crucial role in supporting BMO's Financial Planners and Market Leaders across Canada, focusing on performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assigned investigations with a daily target.
- Reviewing and analyzing data from various sources to assist in the timely closure of investigations.
- Identifying and referring cases to developers or team leads with comprehensive supporting details for further evaluation.
- Sharing expertise and knowledge among team members to enhance overall performance.
- Ensuring that all investigations are concluded within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Applying relevant concepts from policies, guides, and FAQs to resolve investigations promptly.
- Following up with relevant stakeholders regarding ongoing investigations.
- Performing quality assurance on scorecards during weekends, on a rotational basis.
Qualifications:
- SQL: Minimum of 1 year experience (Required)
- Basic Financial Acumen: Minimum of 1 year experience (Required)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.): Minimum of 1 year experience (Required)
Education/Certifications:
University Degree (Required)
