Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

As a Sales Supervisor at Mobilinq Wireless Accessories & Repairs, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required. You will be responsible for supervising staff, preparing reports, and resolving customer complaints.
