The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption of our product at Higher Education institutions, universities, and colleges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Sales
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product adoption.
  • Client Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.
    • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver business results.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education
    • A college degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or Academic Publishing.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Experience with Salesforce and other sales platforms.
    • Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
