Compensation Overview: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,400 to $88,000, based on a 35-hour work week. The actual salary offered will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate, as well as market conditions and internal equity.

What we seek in you:
- You are a seasoned Employee Benefits Professional eager to grow and learn within the Health Benefits Industry
- Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to simplify complex information
- You naturally build authentic relationships
- You excel in time management and can effectively handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality
- You are adaptable and can pivot based on client needs
- You possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in the health benefits sector as an account manager
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A GBA or CEBS designation is a plus
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to our inclusive culture alongside a vibrant national team
- Assist Group Benefit Consultants in managing, servicing, and retaining a designated block of group client accounts throughout the client relationship lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and recommend suitable coverage
- Foster client relationships by delivering exceptional service from sales through to support
- Maintain a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends
- Utilize software and applications to manage and convert leads
- Collaborate with industry partners to provide optimal insurance solutions
- Maintain a client-first approach throughout the claims process
- Conduct market surveys on new and existing groups
- Mentor and train coordinators
