About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Vendor Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement and risk management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of third-party risks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Third-Party Risk Management
- Assist with the third-party due diligence process, ensuring that processes are followed and vendor questionnaires and assessments are completed.
- Monitor and report on third-party key performance indicators on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Vendor Management
- Manage vendor issues, identifying and mitigating risks in alignment with our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policies and related standards.
- Track and log vendor non-conformance reporting and Change Order requests.
- Sourcing and Procurement
- Draft and respond to RFP, RFQ, RFI, in collaboration with internal partners and external partners for all project-related and BAU requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of SLAs, KPIs or other contractual commitments to mitigate risk and maximize service availability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management, sourcing, or procurement.
- Superior communication skills and an appreciation for diverse backgrounds, experiences, and approaches.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools.
