About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Risk Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting third-party risk management, sourcing, and procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective third-party risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk, and compliance teams, to review and draft business requirements in legal documents, such as service level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Assist with the third-party due diligence process, ensuring that processes are followed and vendor questionnaires and assessments are completed.
  • Manage vendor issues, identifying and monitoring trends, and acting quickly to reduce risk in alignment with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policies and related standards.
  • Create sourcing documents, including drafting and responding to RFP, RFQ, RFI, in collaboration with internal partners and external partners for all project-related and BAU requirements.
  • Assist in the administration of GRC System, Resolver, managing subscriptions and service renewals, verifying and updating user profiles, and reporting on third-party key performance indicators on a quarterly and annual basis.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management, sourcing, or procurement, with a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, interact with all levels of management, and confidently elicit needs and influence engagement.
  • Ability to decipher industry language and provide support related to the risk management framework and Resolver technical system.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to focus on the big picture without losing the details, and a growth mindset, continuously seeking new information.
