Develop, manage, and achieve departmental budgetary goals concerning pricing, sales, profit margins, expenses, and inventory levels. Collaborate with the Store Manager to communicate operational needs and changes, translating the overarching vision into actionable departmental initiatives. Provide leadership within the department, focusing on goal setting, performance evaluation, and the training and development of team members.

You are pursuing a career in Retail Store Management and possess:

A post-secondary qualification in a relevant field. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing a produce department. Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles. A reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and a results-driven approach. A belief in the power of collaboration and relationship-building to achieve common goals, valuing diverse perspectives.
