Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Shipping and Distribution: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, pack items for shipping and distribution.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Shopify.
- Area of Specialization: E-commerce.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Temporaire employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- Anglais language of work.
