Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and seasoned Senior Business Analyst to become a vital part of our Accoravillage Innovations team. This full-time role will focus on driving our strategic growth and managing client projects effectively. You will collaborate closely with our delivery and sales teams to provide top-tier solutions to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  • Document current and future state process flows.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents, detailing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assist in developing test plans and test scenarios.
  • Identify reporting and alerting needs.
  • Prepare integration strategies for implementing system modifications.
  • Design, document, and sustain system processes.
  • Manage change and support process management for new technology implementations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and analyses to uncover areas for process and system enhancements.
  • Convey critical insights and findings to the client team.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Over 6 years of progressive experience as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
  • CBAP certification or a commitment to obtain it.
  • Proven track record in business requirements analysis, group facilitation, gap analysis, and process mapping as part of business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in a structured systems development lifecycle environment, producing artifacts such as functional and detailed design documents, business use cases, and requirements traceability.
  • Ability to build consensus among diverse process stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging business experts and technical specialists at all levels.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role is highly valued, particularly in areas such as data management, analytics, asset management, GIS, data centers, AMI, ERP, or CRM.
  • Experience in the public sector or government is a plus.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
