Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our Group FP&A team at Intact Financial Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including accounting, underwriting, and investments teams.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
