About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate at ADDA INDIAN EATERY INC. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
    • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning solutions as needed.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms.
    • Laundry and linen management, including washing, drying, and folding.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • General Maintenance
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
    • Assist with maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any issues.
Requirements
  • Language
    • English language proficiency is required.
  • Work Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 to less than 7 months of experience is preferred.
