Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every person that walks through our doors
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
  • Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation and store housekeeping
  • Follow up with customers through clienteling and email correspondence
  • Maintain the visual integrity of the space
  • Create and process in-store sales
  • Process and receive inventory replenishments
  • Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events
  • Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams
  • Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
  • Represent the Sleep Country, Endy, and Casper Canada brands with best-in-class customer experience
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service (asset)
  • Understanding and appreciation of experiential retail
  • Positive, optimistic attitude and strong customer focus
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for people
  • Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
  • Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems (both)
  • Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
  • Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
