Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating sales and supporting the Store Management Team
- Sign waving and general housekeeping
- Merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations
- Loss prevention and maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 16
- Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
- 8 hours of standing/walking per shift
Important Note:
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.
Employment Details:
If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
