Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and evolving end-to-end solutions that enable Finance and Operations departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives through the application of business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document expectations with subject matter experts.
  • Lead and participate in testing activities to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Liaise with engineers, solution architects, and business subject matter experts to develop and document innovative solutions.
  • Participate in process design meetings and translate outcomes into process documentation.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in a related role within the investment industry.
  • SimCorp Dimension experience or equivalent accounting and performance measurement system.
  • Proven ability to liaise with business subject matters in gathering of business requirements.
  • High attention to detail and solid understanding of project life cycle.
  • Ability to capture business and data integration requirements and prepare technical specifications.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban processes and work management tools.
