Building Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Head to join our team at HNM Logistics Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans
Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of using good or service, and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of our building's systems.
Lead Maintenance and Repair EffortsDirect the maintenance and repair of our building's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate Administrative ServicesPlan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal, ensuring that our building is always well-maintained and secure.
Resolve Product and Service IssuesResolve product and service-related problems, and troubleshoot issues related to equipment, ensuring that our building's systems are always functioning properly.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
LanguageFluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our team and stakeholders.
Work Schedule35 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our building and team.
