Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Customer Expectations Management: Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Product Education and Upselling: Educate customers on our products and services, and provide opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and bookings.

- Familiarity with CDK & EPC systems (a plus)
