Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist

The Chief Executive Officer Support Specialist is a key support role that requires a combination of administrative excellence and human resources expertise. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, with additional responsibilities in managing HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and ensuring smooth communication.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, maintain files, and manage data efficiently.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- HR Functions: Support HR activities such as onboarding, training, and performance management alongside the HR department.
- Policy Implementation: Coordinate with HR to implement company policies and procedures.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between the CEO and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Administrative & HR Expertise: Skilled in calendar management, preparing documents, handling recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance.
- Effective Communication: Effective in both written and verbal communication, with strong relationship building skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Technological Proficiency & Confidentiality: Skilled in HR software, data management, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
