    • Oversee the merchandising of the branch, including tires, batteries, and fluids;
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure efficient daily operations of the facility;
    • Engage in site operations as needed;
  • Team Leadership:

    • Conduct interviews and make final hiring choices;
    • Hold quarterly performance evaluations with staff;
    • Manage disciplinary actions when necessary;
