Role Overview

As the Vice President of Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects and teams that manage food and beverage services for the numerous visitors to our venues annually. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, direction, and oversight of our food service and retail merchandise units, while ensuring that exceptional customer and client relationships are upheld.

  • Managing all procurement processes and implementing necessary cost control measures.
  • Fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
  • Upholding best-in-class hospitality standards while remaining informed about market and industry trends.
  • Developing and executing operational strategies that align with the objectives of Levy Canada.
  • Safeguarding the company's reputation by proactively addressing critical issues and promoting positive narratives.
  • Building a high-performing operations team while ensuring accountability for roles and responsibilities.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management within a sports and entertainment context, including oversight of high-volume operations.
  • A capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and tackle complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective use of data metrics to enhance client partnerships, mentor teams, and foster a collaborative workplace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation development and delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based office applications.
