Role OverviewAs the Vice President of Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects and teams involved in delivering food and beverage services to a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include strategic oversight, direction, and management of our service units, ensuring that outstanding customer and client relationships are upheld.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Enhance financial performance through meticulous reporting and budgeting.
- Manage purchasing controls and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote top-tier hospitality standards while staying abreast of market trends.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies that align with the objectives of Levy USA.
- Safeguard the company’s reputation by proactively addressing key issues and promoting positive narratives.
- Build a high-performing operations team, ensuring accountability for roles and responsibilities.
Are you the right fit for the Vice President, Hospitality position? We seek candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management within a sports and entertainment context, particularly in high-volume operations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for enhancing client partnerships and team management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
- Proven leadership capabilities to mentor and inspire staff.
- Expertise in Windows-based office applications.
