As the Senior Vice President of Travel Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects and teams managing food and beverage services for a vast number of visitors annually.
Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, leadership, and oversight of our food service and retail merchandise units, while ensuring that exceptional customer and client relationships are upheld.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Manage all procurement processes and implement necessary cost control measures.
- Promote top-tier hospitality standards while remaining attuned to market and industry developments.
Do you possess the qualifications to excel as our Senior Vice President of Travel Services? A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management within a sports and entertainment context, particularly in high-volume operations, is essential.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively utilize data metrics to enhance client partnerships, lead and mentor teams, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation development and delivery, are required.
Proficiency in Windows-based office applications is also necessary.
